Manager Lender Management

About the Role

The person will be responsible for managing relationships with multiple Lenders on the marketplace. Will be involved in increasing business volumes with external lenders on the marketplace and coordinating end to end on areas like finance, collections, customer service etc.

Responsibilities

• Managing external lender disbursements and increasing volumes on each lender on the marketplace
• Tracking the approval/disbursement TATs on the marketplace in accordance with the agreed timelines
• Responsible for managing end to end process of lead assignment, approval, disbursal and post sanction follow up with respect to each lender partner
• Responsible for maintenance of monthly Revenue MIS for each lender partner
• Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders like Finance, Credit, Collections, Customer Service, Technology to administer lender related tasks
• Determine performance benchmarks and identify course of action in case of breach
• Automate Credit Policies to ensure no/minimal manual Intervention in assessing the creditworthiness
• Monitor the delinquent accounts to ensure the achievement of company standards/benchmark of the delinquency
• Identifying technological solutions to improve existing processes and overall portfolio management functions

Qualifications

• Essential:

  Graduation in relevant stream

• Desirable:

  Post Graduation

Required Skills

• Essential:

  3-5 years of relevant experience in Project management / Multi Stakeholder Management

• Desirable:

  Experience in financial services industry

Preferred Skills

• Essential:

  Stakeholder Management (Internal and External Parties)

• Desirable:

  Good grip on Excel

• Essential:

  Commercial Orientation / Good in building relationships

• Desirable:

  Influencing and negotiation skills
