Job Description

Manager - Legal and Compliance - 5+ Years - Gurgaon

Manager Compliance

Location -

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations, guidelines, and standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor frameworks and processes for improved compliance management.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and audit bodies, addressing legal queries and inspections.
Regularly update internal teams on changes in insurance regulations and advise on the requisite compliance measures.
Conduct compliance trainings and promote best practices to increase awareness across teams.
Prepare reports and compliance certificates for stakeholders and management review.

Requirements:

A graduate degree in any discipline is acceptable, with a
bachelors degree in law or a related field considered a plus
At least
5+ years of experience
in insurance compliance, regulatory affairs, or related domains.
Extensive knowledge of IRDAI regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices, and international insurance compliance standards.
Proven expertise in drafting policies, agreements, and regulatory documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
