About the Role

We are looking for a driven Leasing professional to identify, evaluate and close both retail and commercial office spaces across Hyderabad, with a strong focus on high streets, malls and key office micro-markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Source and evaluate locations for retail brands (high streets and malls) and commercial office requirements (standalone buildings, business parks, mixed-use assets).

· Conduct regular field visits, map catchments/corridors, and identify potential sites that fit client requirements.

· Meet and negotiate with landlords / landowners and coordinate between landlords and tenants till deal closure.

· Track market trends, rentals, supply and demand across major Hyderabad micro-markets for both retail and offices.

· Prepare basic MIS on options, rentals, and deal status for internal and client review.

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, Real Estate preferred).

· 2–5 years of experience in retail and/or commercial office leasing, brokerage, or property consulting in Hyderabad.

· Strong on-ground understanding of Hyderabad localities, high streets, malls, and office corridors.

· Must have a two-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive field work and site visits.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage both landlord and tenant relationships.

· Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
