Job Description

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of the role is to strategize, implement and oversee the Learning & Development activities across various divisions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement various Learning & Development strategies and programs in alignment with the overall organizational goal. Establish strong partnerships with the business verticals to gain a strong understanding of current business challenges and opportunities, as related to learning and development. Develop and drive various capability building programs to Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and create customized plans Conduct train-the-trainer and other workshops to ensure capability building of current training team, scalability and effectiveness. Conduct organizational need analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles. Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable. Prepare and managing the Learning & Development budget. Drive and ensure various Training certifications as proposed by MSIL
  • Conduct periodic audits to check on the quality standards/ SOPs delivered by employees and drive continuous improvement through various initiatives Partner with operations team and work on various programmes to drive employee productivity andefficiency Leverage and partner with KIHRD/KPTC to build capabilities of team members Periodic review of various SOPs in partnership with the operational team and update regularly Collaborate with HR team to initiate and drive various employee engagement programmes Be available as a resource to lead and partner in any other organizational development initiatives

  • Excellent Team management and motivation skills Expertise in developing training content (both soft skills and leadership), and delivering sessions Excellent interpersonal & networking skills Familiarity with modern learning practices and platforms Work Collaboratively with operational leadership and other stake holders High level of customer and quality orientation Good knowledge in MS Office tools and digital orientation

Desired Profile:

Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Organisational Behaviour/Psychology or any equivalent. Diploma /post graduate diploma in Training & Development will be an added advantage.

Age: 35- 42 years

Experience: 12- 15 years’ experience in Learning & Development /Operations domain with minimum 3 years’ experience in leading the L & D function of a large organisation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,695,127.95 per year
