Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the role is to strategize, implement and oversee the Learning & Development activities across various divisions of the organization.

Desired Profile:
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Organisational Behaviour/Psychology or any equivalent. Diploma /post graduate diploma in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
Age: 35- 42 years
Experience: 12- 15 years’ experience in Learning & Development /Operations domain with minimum 3 years’ experience in leading the L & D function of a large organisation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,695,127.95 per year
Work Location: In person
