Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager Labour & Employment Law to join our team at Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labour and employment law, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee all aspects of labour and employment law matters.
Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Provide expert advice on labour and employment-related issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and agreements related to labour and employment.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities.
Stay up-to-date with changes in labour and employment laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of labour and employment law principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working in a similar role within the e-commerce industry is preferred.
Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
