Manager - Lab Field Operations

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple regions/zones existing (South Delhi, Noida/Greater Noida, Faridabad, UP, MP, Bihar) and upcoming ones.
• Supervise on-roll and outsourced Phlebotomists.
• Ensure smooth functioning of home collection services and Phlebotomist-at-Site operations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of phlebotomists (functional, technical, and behavioral).
• Prepare and manage staff rosters, attendance tracking, leave planning, and field deployment.
• Ensure all operational locations adhere to NABL accreditation standards and internal compliance protocols by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Track and improve lab report turnaround time.
• Maintain vaccination compliance for staff (COVID, Hepatitis, TD, etc.).
• Use mobile apps for tracking phlebotomist productivity, conveyance, and route optimization.
• Prepare MIS reports for operations, productivity, client satisfaction, and quality metrics.
• Handle escalations, queries, and service issues related to sample pickups, reports, TAT, and outsourced tests.
• Plan and execute camp activities.

Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in DMLT/BMLT or any Healthcare Management or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare/home collection/phlebotomy operations.
• Strong people management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with NABL standards and phlebotomy practices.
• Proficient in using operations software and mobile-based tracking tools.
