The Manager (L2) will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with different teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The individual will also handle budgeting, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The Manager will play a key role in strategic planning and process improvements to drive the company's success. Qualifications Project management and team leadership skills Experience in security systems (Access Control, Fire Alarm, CCTV Surveillance) Strong client relationship management and communication skills Budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning skills Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Security System and Management is required.
