Job Description

As a Resource Planning & Deployment Specialist, your role is crucial in ensuring the optimum utilization of resources. You will be responsible for developing and deploying best-in-class processes and Quality practices through continuous improvement. Your adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) regarding the quality of deliverables and time schedules is essential. Continuous transition and adoption of new process-driven activities will be part of your daily tasks, ensuring that all projects are sent on time without any delay. Your base expectations include consistent evidence of project delivery, client and/or member firm facing experience at any big 4, excellent understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and methodologies, experience in handling multiple projects end-to-end, good knowledge of TP Regulations for US and Canada, experience in handling global documentation projects and foreign country TP documentation reports, excellent drafting skills, excellent knowledge of Financial Statements, expertise in financial analysis, team handling, delegating work, staying connected with onshore offices, and building excellent relationships. In addition to the base expectations, a spike case would require consistent evidence of good knowledge of TP Regulations other than US & Canada, experience in benchmarking financial transactions and financial services, and review of engagements within a short span of time. You should also have experience in building service practices suited to the industry and environment, good management and employee interface/communication skills, people management skills, ability to build a transparent and cohesive team, and hands-on experience in managing process delivery with an emphasis on People and Process Management. Your enabling skills should include excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, along with a good understanding of various databases applicable in the field of TP, are preferred technical and functional skills.
