About the Role

IT Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining our online presence, and supporting internal teams through efficient systems management and innovative solutions.

This role is a hands on individual contributor role and not just a people manager role

Key Responsibilities

A. Website Management

• Oversee

  website management and maintenance

  to ensure uptime and performance.
• Ensure

  website security

  , apply regular patches, and perform performance optimization.
• Manage

  SEO activities

  , including keyword optimization and analytics monitoring.
• Publish, update, and maintain content across websites and blogs.
• Identify and fix website

  bugs

  , implement new

  features

  , and conduct R&D for scalability.
• Manage and monitor website

  analytics

  ,

  traffic

  , and

  conversion metrics

  using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Administer

  hosting accounts

  , perform

  server-side monitoring

  , and ensure smooth 24/7 operation.

B. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Plan, create, and manage

  ads across multiple digital platforms

  (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
• Publish and monitor campaigns across channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain and optimize

  business accounts, analytics tools, and ad managers

  .
• Manage and optimize

  social media pages

  for engagement and visibility.
• Brainstorm and implement new ideas for

  digital ad campaigns

  branding

  , and

  lead generation

  .
• Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports for management.

C. Business Systems & R&D

• Monitor

  business systems, tools, and internal policies

  for efficiency and compliance.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose

  automation or optimization ideas

• Research, test, and implement

  new technologies or frameworks

  to improve data management and workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to define technical solutions supporting business strategy.

D. Office IT & Administrative Support

• Manage and maintain

  digital assets

  , shared drives, and backups.
• Create and manage official

  document templates, forms, and automation workflows

  (Google Workspace / M365).
• Manage

  email creation, distribution lists, and admin accounts

  for employees.
• Provide

  in-house IT support

  troubleshoot network, hardware, and PC issues.
• Assist with

  new device setup

  , software installation, and user account provisioning.
• Perform other

  ad-hoc IT or administrative tasks

  assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Administration, Web Management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of

• Basic front-end skills in HTML, CSS
• Familiarity with
