Manager IT

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager– IT to support and enhance the hospital's IT infrastructure, operations, and support systems. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of health information systems, data security, and end-user support in a clinical setting.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience in healthcare or related industry

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage IT Systems: Oversee and maintain hospital IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity.

2. Support Clinical Operations: Ensure IT systems support clinical operations, patient care, and safety.

3. Implement Technology Solutions: Implement and integrate new technology solutions to improve efficiency and patient care.

4. Manage IT Team: Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance and oversight.

5. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).

## Required Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience in healthcare or related industry.

3. Skills:

- Technical expertise: Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity and Hardware.

- Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
