Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and implement the internal audit plan specific to housing operations.
Evaluate internal controls, processes, and systems related to housing projects, property development, construction, and customer financing.
Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits.
Identify key risks in business processes and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root causes, and practical recommendations.
Follow up on past audit recommendations and ensure implementation.
Liaise with business units, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor adherence to government housing schemes, if applicable.
Assess compliance with applicable laws and housing regulations.
Support management in building a robust governance and risk management framework.
