Manager - Instructional Designer

About the role:-

• Ability to understand technical and non-technical content and create learning materials for both VILT and eLearning.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ideate and create engaging, interactive courses, videos and simulations using rapid authoring tools.
• Visualize storyboard for eLearning modules; develop audio, visual, and interactive media aids.
• Convert storyboard into digital output/eLearning by adding graphics, animations, voice-over & on-screen text.
• Good to have familiarity with Instructional Design principles and processes such as ADDIE and Blooms taxonomy.

What Will You Drive

Who Are We Looking For

• Hands-on knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate and video editing tools such as Vyond, Camtasia.
• Strong analytical skills and technical ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Working with MS power point.
• Working knowledge of SCORM Packaging would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and understanding of instructional design and learning architecture and various Application simulation tools.
• Command on verbal and written English.
• Willingness to learn.
• Strong team player.
