Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to drive partnerships with school chains, educational groups, and CSR foundations. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to convert strategic alliances into impactful educational programs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Sales & Partnerships

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard leading school chains and premium independent schools for BeyondSkool programs (Skill Labs, AI tools, Olympiads).
  • Develop strategic partnerships with CSR foundations, Educational Groups and NGOs for education-related CSR initiatives.
  • Build long-term relationships with school principals, trustees, and decision-makers.

2. Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for chain school and CSR tie-ups.
  • Develop proposals and customized solutions for chain schools and CSR partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong rapport with school leadership teams, CSR heads, and education influencers.
  • Represent BeyondSkool at education conferences, exhibitions, and forums.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Track education sector trends, CSR policies, and new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for skill education integration in schools.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven Sales Experience in EdTech, K-12 schools, or institutional partnerships (minimum 3–6 years).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with school principals, trustees, and CSR heads.
  • Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to design proposals and communicate ROI for schools and CSR initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate/MBA preferred (specialization in Marketing or Business Development is a plus).
