This is a full-time on-site Depury General Manager role located in Noida and Ludhaina.

Fully involved in all kind of paper board printing packaging mono carton, 3ply printed cartons, Lined Cartons etc…Handle 3members sale team.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in strategic planning and budget management
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to implement and oversee company policies effectively
Proven experience in customer relationship management
Experience in a printing packaging indsutry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Hanling exist clients and doing new business
development.
Work as a bridge inbetween the plant and the customer
Providing services after sale and follow the payment.
Cost estomation and price negotiation.
