General Description of the Job

To coordinate and manage data requirements from various teams, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of reports. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and using SQL to support day-to-day operational processes.

Role & Responsibilities

Coordinate and fulfill data/reporting requests from internal teams by understanding their operational requirements and delivering accurate outputs.
Maintain and optimize SQL / Tableau / PowerBI based data processes to ensure timely availability of reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline MIS workflows and support decision-making with structured information delivery.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree (preferably in Business, IT, Statistics, or related field).
Proficiency in SQL ability to write queries and extract data independently.
Excellent MS excel skills & proficient in preparing detailed reports.
6 to 10 years of experience in MIS or operations reporting, with exposure to handling data/reporting requests.
Good understanding of business operations and reporting workflows.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Understanding of Tableau / PowerBI operations
