Manager – Human Resources (UK/EMEA)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for UK/EMEA including onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave, and exit formalities.
  
• Ensure compliance with UK/EMEA employment laws, GDPR, and local statutory regulations.
  
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and processes in alignment with local and global requirements.
  
• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration for UK employees.
  
• Handle employee grievances, performance issues, and engagement initiatives.
  
• Coordinate visa processing, mobility, and immigration documentation.
  
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and audit documentation.
  
• Partner with global HR leadership and cross-functional teams for process alignment.
  
• Support HR audits, risk assessments, and ensure adherence to compliance frameworks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3–12 years of HR Operations experience in IT/software companies.
  
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing

  UK/EMEA HR operations

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  UK HR laws, local employment practices, payroll management, immigration processes, and GDPR.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
