Job Description

Responsible for strategizing and executing various HR learning initiatives, Compensation Plan and HR processes Systems. The position is also responsible in implementation and maintenance of
QMS for HRTraining + Development
Competencies Enhancement Design and Develop a process for Training-Need-Identification
Consolidate Annual Training Plan for all Locations release location wise training calendars
Design, Develop and Coordinate Internal Programs
Develop In-house faculties
Coordinate External Training
Monitor Program Effectiveness
Maintain training records and MIS
Implementation of On Line Testing + Self Learning Module
Compensation Management
Collect Market Information
Review Compensation Industry Forum
Participate in Comp-Surveys
Execute compensation plan for the entire Organization in consultation with HOD HR
Assist in finalizing promotion proposals for all departments
Assist in finalizing salary change/revision proposal
