  • Responsible for strategizing and executing various HR learning initiatives, Compensation Plan and HR processes Systems. The position is also responsible in implementation and maintenance of
  • QMS for HRTraining + Development
  • Competencies Enhancement Design and Develop a process for Training-Need-Identification
  • Consolidate Annual Training Plan for all Locations release location wise training calendars
  • Design, Develop and Coordinate Internal Programs
  • Develop In-house faculties
  • Coordinate External Training
  • Monitor Program Effectiveness
  • Maintain training records and MIS
  • Implementation of On Line Testing + Self Learning Module
  • Compensation Management
  • Collect Market Information
  • Review Compensation Industry Forum
  • Participate in Comp-Surveys
  • Execute compensation plan for the entire Organization in consultation with HOD HR
  • Assist in finalizing promotion proposals for all departments
  • Assist in finalizing salary change/revision proposal
