Job Description

Purpose of the Role

This role is key to enhancing organizational capability, executing HR strategies that enable employee growth and development, and delivering an exceptional employee experience — building a culture that truly makes us a great place to work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the People Agenda

    for assigned business units, ensuring seamless execution of HR priorities and initiatives.
  • Partner with business and leadership teams

    to identify people priorities and design interventions that foster a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
  • Lead talent management and development efforts

    , including capability-building initiatives, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Provide day-to-day HR consultation

    to managers on people-related matters such as performance, engagement, and employee relations.
  • Address and resolve complex employee issues

    in collaboration with line managers and business heads, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Leverage data and people analytics

    to monitor workforce metrics, attrition trends, and succession pipelines — driving proactive action plans.
  • Communicate effectively

    across internal channels to promote policies, benefits, and people programs that enhance engagement and retention.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Human Resources

    or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience

    in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of

    HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements

    .
  • Proven ability to design and implement

    talent development and capability-building programs

    .
  • Analytical mindset

    with experience using people data to generate insights and guide decisions.
  • Excellent

    communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving

    skills.
