Job Description

You will be responsible for managing a regional or multi-country HR Shared Services team at NCR Atleos. This includes overseeing Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring consistent service delivery across locations. You will be expected to collaborate with the Operational Excellence team on improvement projects, support automation initiatives, and partner with CoEs, HRBPs, and external vendors to resolve escalated issues and ensure service continuity. Additionally, you will support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and tools such as Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and corporate policies across regions. Your role will involve fostering intercultural communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders, providing coaching and development support to Team Leads and Specialists, contributing to documentation and knowledge base improvements, and participating in audits, system testing, and annual HR events.
