Manager HR & Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for various technical, field, and managerial positions.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes — job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for upcoming sustainability, carbon, and consulting projects.
  • Collaborate with project heads to assess staffing needs for ongoing and new initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Qualification:

    MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    2–5 years in HR & recruitment (preferably in consulting, development, or sustainability sectors).

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
    • Strategic thinking, organizational planning, and team leadership.
    • Understanding of CSR, sustainability, or environmental project staffing (preferred).
