Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities: HR Operations & Administration Maintain and update employee master data (personal files, records, HRMS entries). Manage onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and clearance. Draft and issue employment letters (offer, appointment, increment, etc.). Maintain and monitor attendance, leave, and time management systems. Coordinate with departments for employee queries, ID cards, and assets. Recruitment Support Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal teams for hiring needs. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain hiring records. Support background verification and reference checks. Payroll & Compliance Support Collating data for monthly payroll (attendance, leaves, reimbursements). Prepare Salary and ensure timely salary payment. Ensure timely registration and compliance with ESI, PF, gratuity, MLWF and other labour regulations. Maintain statutory registers and handle employee inspections if required. Employee Engagement & Communication Assist in organizing employee welfare programs, training, and events. Maintain internal communication on HR policies, updates, and notices. Conduct periodic employee feedback or satisfaction surveys. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Graduation/MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work Perks and benefits Provident Fund (PF) Employees State Insurance (ESI) Gratuity Sick / Casual Leave
