Role & responsibilities Booking of Bank receipt, payment & contra entries in Tally ERP on Daily basis. Doing Bank Reconciliation on daily basis. Reconcile Account Receivable & Accounts Payable Account scrutiny and maintenance of records. Monitor the day-to-day accounting entries related to Bank. Knowledge of TDS deductions on vendor / Customer payments. Preparing Bank Interest working calculation on weekly and monthly. Handling & booking of entries for Bank LC, BG & Buyers Credit of multiple banks in tally. Handling & booking of petty cash entries in tally. TDS & TCS credit match with Form 26-AS on quarterly basis. Knowledge of TDS (194-Q) / TCS on sales & purchases. Any other reporting work as per the need of the Accounting Manager. Preferred candidate profile Advance knowledge of MS Excel & Tally Prime. Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skill Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong ethics and an ability to manage confidential data. Job Roles and Responsibilities Handling listing compliance of SEBI LODR, SEBI PIT Reg, SEBI SAST Reg. Handling day to day compliances under Companies Act,2013. Record maintenance as per SEBI & Companies Act. Drafting resolutions, notices, minutes of Board Meetings, General Meetings (AGM/EGM), and other routine secretarial documents. Preparation and timely filing of statutory forms and annual returns (MGT-7, AOC-4, etc.) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Assisting in compliance and documentation for listed, public, and private limited companies. Handling FEMA filings like ECB, FC-GPR, and other related compliances. Managing share-related actions and charge filings (creation, modification, satisfaction) as per requirements. Maintaining statutory registers and records under the Companies Act. Coordinating with stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and consultants. Assisting in secretarial audits, due diligence, and compliance reports. Should be familiar with NSE/BSE/SEBI/MCA/RBI/NSDL/CDSL websites and their reporting portals for reporting on behalf of the Company. Job Roles and Responsibilities: HR Operations & Administration Maintain and update employee master data (personal files, records, HRMS entries). Manage onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and clearance. Draft and issue employment letters (offer, appointment, increment, etc.). Maintain and monitor attendance, leave, and time management systems. Coordinate with departments for employee queries, ID cards, and assets. Recruitment Support Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal teams for hiring needs. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain hiring records. Support background verification and reference checks. Payroll & Compliance Support Collating data for monthly payroll (attendance, leaves, reimbursements). Prepare Salary and ensure timely salary payment. Ensure timely registration and compliance with ESI, PF, gratuity, MLWF and other labour regulations. Maintain statutory registers and handle employee inspections if required. Employee Engagement & Communication Assist in organizing employee welfare programs, training, and events.
