Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and grow our Home Solution product vertical. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in retail management and a passion for field-based business development. This role combines strategic leadership with on-ground marketing, requiring regular visits to construction sites and project locations to build partnerships and drive product outreach. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service executives
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and housing sector
• Regularly visit construction sites, builder offices, and project locations for product marketing and relationship building
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote home solution products
• Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and project managers
• Monitor and drive team performance against monthly sales and service targets
• Conduct training sessions for team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and after-sales service teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Prepare and present weekly reports on business development activities to senior management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in retail sales or business development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in marketing or selling to the construction or real estate sector is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel frequently to construction/project sites
• Strong knowledge of home improvement/home solution products preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet business goals
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
