Provide expert guidance on the structural, mechanical, and electrical integration of STS cranes, oil rig jackets, wind energy platforms etc.
Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and yard facilities, to meet project demands.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate team performance to ensure accountability and motivation.
Monitor the progress of integration work, enforcing corrective actions where necessary to stay on track with project deadlines.
Address and resolve complex technical challenges during design and assembly phases.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and yard personnel, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Identify potential risks related to integration, such as misalignment, equipment failure, or timeline delays.
