About The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Core Human Capital (CHC) team and oversee the Human Capital (HC) Infrastructure portfolio at the Manager level. The team is responsible for developing and implementing redesigned systems infrastructure in collaboration with developers and Human Capital Centers of Excellence (CoE) teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, document needs, and create detailed functional specifications.
  • Assess existing infrastructure, identify gaps between current and desired states, and recommend solutions to bridge these gaps.
  • Support creation of test cases and scenarios, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet user requirements.
  • Ensure systems effectively support human capital management processes and align with organizational strategic goals.
  • Collaborate across teams and geographies to deliver high-quality outcomes on multiple projects and milestones.
Who We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

  • MBA/B.Tech from a top institution (preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in HR technology and HR systems implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise ERPs such as SAP, Workday, or in-house HR tools.
  • Strong techno-functional implementation experience and exposure to HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems, break them down into components, and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage parallel projects, prioritize tasks, and track progress.
  • Ability to influence, build relationships, and facilitate teamwork across geographies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background.
  • Prior exposure to people management.

  • Preference will be given to candidates based in Hyderabad. Relocation assistance is available for candidates from other locations.
