Manager - Global Vendor Management

As the Manager of Global Vendor Management at Zinnia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a well-run and organized vendor management function. Your attention to detail and commitment to tracking and completing all activities and tasks in a timely manner will be key to your success in this role. Reporting to the Director of Vendor Management, you will collaborate with various stakeholder groups to support all activities within the vendor management organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Track all vendor management activities and tasks, ensuring timely completion - Coordinate activities across different stakeholder groups involved in the vendor management process - Manage vendor onboarding and risk review systems - Support business partners through the vendor onboarding process - Identify opportunities for process improvement and spend reduction - Produce standard reporting to show status of activities, risks, and key metrics - Ensure timely distribution of vendor information to relevant parties **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience coordinating complex processes and tracking tasks - 8-10 years of overall experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply chain management and/or Contract management - Ability to quickly learn new systems and leverage them effectively - Previous experience in vendor management or procurement preferred - Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High attention to detail, resourcefulness, and good time management - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment - Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a senior audience Zinnia is a leading technology platform dedicated to accelerating life and annuities growth.
