We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, US GAAP & SEC Reporting
In this role, you will lead the preparation and review of financial statements and regulatory filings for US-based entities in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of technical accounting, strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience in managing reporting cycles and audit interactions..Financial Reporting and Compliance.Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, S-1, etc.), ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations..Review financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and related disclosures for accuracy, consistency, and completeness..Ensure accurate tagging and submission of filings using Workiva (Wdesk) or other SEC reporting tools..Oversee the consolidation and close process to ensure timely reporting of results.

Accounting and Technical Research
.Provide technical accounting guidance under US GAAP (ASC topics) on complex transactions such as revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensation, and business combinations..Monitor and interpret new accounting pronouncements (FASB updates) and assess their impact on financial statements..Ensure adherence to SOX 404 internal control requirements and maintain robust documentation.


Internal Controls & Audit Governance.Act as the primary contact for external auditors, coordinating PBC requests, and ensuring timely closure of audit deliverables..Review audit findings and work with internal teams to strengthen control and reporting processesCross-functional Collaboration.Work closely with Controllership, FP&A, and Legal teams for data gathering, variance analysis, and disclosures..Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (mandatory).CPA / CA / ACCA / preferredExperience:.8-12 years of relevant experience in US GAAP accounting and SEC reporting..Prior experience in Big 4 audit firms or public company reporting preferred..Strong understanding of FASB, SEC, and SOX 404 compliance.Technical Skills:.Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and reporting tools (Workiva, Hyperion, BlackLine, etc.)..Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
