We’re Hiring! – Manager (GeM Bidding & Tendering)

Manager – GeM Bidding & Tendering

Government e-Marketplace (GeM)


Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing GeM portal operations (catalogue upload, pricing, documentation).
  • Identifying and submitting bids/tenders on GeM.
  • Preparing technical & commercial documents, BOQs, and proposals.
  • Participating in reverse auctions and tracking bid outcomes.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for order execution and delivery.
  • Managing PO acceptance, invoicing, GRN, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensuring compliance with GeM and government procurement guidelines.


Requirements :

  • 5–8 years of experience in GeM bidding, tendering, or govt procurement.
  • Strong understanding of GeM categories, processes, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tender documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and attention to detail.


Qualification :

  • Graduation.
  • MBA or Supply Chain/Materials Management certification is a plus.
