Key Responsibilities Organize and prepare agendas for board meetings and annual general meetings, ensuring effective documentation and minute-taking. Draft and file annual returns and other required documents to ensure statutory filings are up to date. Provide guidance to the board on the legal, governance, and compliance implications of proposed policies. Qualifications & Experience Master's or Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
