Your work profile
As Manager in our Oracle Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Problem Structuring & Solutioning: Break down ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable solutions.
Project Management: Develop and manage project estimates, timelines, and execution plans while coordinating with stakeholders such as Product Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering teams. Pilot Projects & Evaluations: Design and lead special pilot initiatives and evaluation frameworks to test new ideas and drive innovation. Process Optimization & Automation: Understand client products and internal tools to identify automation opportunities and improve operational throughput and quality. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to align on goals, manage dependencies, and ensure successful project delivery. Operational Metrics & Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct process analysis, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Research & Insights: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market evaluations to inform strategic decisions. Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed execution plans. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and delays, and proactively communicate mitigation strategies to relevant teams.

Base location: Bengaluru This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
