Job Description

Location: Maharashtra, IN

Role Purpose

The Incumbent will be stationed on Project sites and will be responsible for drafting the response to every client correspondence that the site will receive.
They will follow up with the relevant team to get the response vetted and sent to the client.
They will provide draft documents for issues along with mitigation options.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Administration & Monitoring –
- Update the CAD (Contract Appreciation Document), CIS (Contract information system), risk register and maintain monthly reports to the shared with the Corporate team.
ADR Management –
- Scrutinize the daily correspondence received on Project, draft responses to all client correspondence and get them vetted from the team of VP – Operations or Contracts team (CO)..
- Segregate contractual technical issues requiring replies/other actions and forward to the Corporate office.
- Prepare the drafts for contractual matters and send to Corporate office.

Stakeholder management –
- Apprise the ProjectHead and Lead -Contracts about the daily correspondence with client and potential issue that may arise.

People management –
- Facilitate development and growth of direct reportees while keeping track of employee engagement.
- Ensure employee grievances are handled in the appropriate manner.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

Bachelor of Science /Bachelor of Engineering /Diploma in Civil Engineering with Min. 12+ years in Highways and 4+ years in Contract Management i.e.. preparation of claims, handling of contractual correspondences, Arbitration etc.
