Manager Funds & Payments Operations

As a Funds Flow and Reconciliation Specialist at Zanskar Securities, located in GIFT City, Gujarat, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing daily fund inflows and outflows across various bank accounts and product pools. Your role will involve maintaining accurate daily bank books, ensuring ledger and system balances match accurately. Additionally, you will be managing failed transactions, reversals, refunds, chargebacks, and user escalations with precision. Collaboration with treasury, compliance, and internal teams to resolve mismatches or delays will be crucial. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining audit-ready documentation for all fund movements and settlements. You will prepare MIS reports, General Ledger (GL) inputs, and regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, internal policies, and external audit requirements. Partnering with treasury for funding requirements, fungible cash planning, and idle fund deployment will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this role, you should have advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting. A sound understanding of SEBI compliance and audit requirements is essential.
