Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of AOP
• Track budget vs actuals with communication of key metrics
• Defining process and controlling manufacturing PnL
• Defining process and controlling service PnL.
• Defining process and controlling Network PnL.
• Perform full charge bookkeeping, including month and year end closures.
• Lead FPNA across departments

Required Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing and Ops finance setup.
• Self-motivated and ethical, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, since CFT and leadership communication would be key in the role.
• Proficient in accounting software and able to handle diverse tasks.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse personalities.

Qualifications

• CA, CMA
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, ops finance, FPNA, with proficiency in ERP.
