Manager - FP&A and Operations Finance

As a hands-on finance professional leading FP&A and operational finance initiatives in the Finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end finance operations. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership across manufacturing, services, and network functions. Your role will involve blending strategic finance with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for individuals who excel in high-growth, fast-paced environments like FP&A and Operations Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - Tracking budget vs actuals and communicating key metrics - Defining processes and controlling manufacturing P&L - Defining processes and controlling service P&L - Defining processes and controlling Network P&L - Performing full charge bookkeeping, including month and year-end closures - Leading FP&A activities across departments The required skills for this position include: - Experience in a manufacturing and Ops finance setup - Self-motivated, ethical, with attention to detail and accuracy - Strong numerical and analytical skills - Effective communication skills for key interactions with cross-functional teams and leadership - Proficiency in accounting software and ability to handle diverse tasks - Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse personalities Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) - 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, ops finance, FP&A, with proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems About the Company: Exponent simplifies energy for Electric Vehicles (EVs).
