Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager in the EY - Finance Consulting team, you will be responsible for helping clients develop their Performance Improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for performance enhancements in the BPRA (Business Planning Reporting & Analytics) domain. Your role will involve conducting finance process assessments, analyzing pain areas, and providing solutions to drive improvements. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base spanning across industries and countries, contributing to the growth of a new service offering. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge on Financial Planning and Budgeting Processes, Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation, and Controllership, EPM tools - Focus on the design and implementation of operating models in BPRA - Lead forecasting and financial planning process for clients by analyzing trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and transforming company strategy into long-range plans - Provide strategic support to executive leadership and assist in target setting outcomes - Identify improvement opportunities in BPRA domain, perform process re-design, and optimization - Configuration and know-how on activity-based costing models and financial close processes - Partner directly with onshore finance teams/clients and collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews - Build Management Reporting in tools like Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, etc. - Good knowledge of ledger and sub-ledger systems, SAP ERP/HANA, Oracle GL - Supervise project teams, effectively prioritize tasks, and work in high-pressure environments - Open to domestic and international travel for project requirements Qualifications Required: - CA, CFA, CPA, or Masters in Business Administration in Finance - 10-15 years of work experience in BPRA projects - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills - Proficiency in Anaplan, Tagetik, Oracle PBCS, EPBCS, Power BI, Tableau, OneStream, Board, and other relevant EPM tools Additional Company Details (if present in JD): At EY, the focus is on building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
