Role Overview

Manager – Founder’s Office & Strategic Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder on day-to-day priorities, high-impact decisions, and project planning
• Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal teams (HR, Academics, Tech, Sales, etc.)
• Monitor execution of strategic projects and ensure timely follow-ups
• Draft internal communications, reports, pitch decks, and SOPs
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and internal operations setup for new departments
• Track and optimize performance metrics, key initiatives, and deadlines
• Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and action trackers for founder-level meetings
• Manage confidential information with utmost discretion

Who You Are

• 2–6 years of experience in operations, consulting, executive assistance, or program management (start-up/edtech preferred)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• High ownership, integrity, and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in business, consulting, or education
• Prior experience working directly with C-level executives
• Familiarity with edtech or education services is a plus
