Manager Formulations Supply Chain Management Procurement Position: Manager Formulation SCM Qualification & Experience: MSC/ B.Tech/ M.Pharm, B.Pharm from a reputed college/university. Shall have a minimum 12-15 years of experience in procurement of RLDs, Raw Material and Packing materials related to Formulations Business, preferably R&D & Exhibit batches. Handling regulatory market procurement is must. Shall have a good exposure in handling procurement activities for Sold, Injectable & liquid Dosage Forms. Key Job Responsibilities: To work independently under broad organizational guidelines to achieve BU’s objectives. (RLD’s, RM & Primary Packing materials). Creations of PO’s and maintaining the trackers (Open PR’s, PO’s, Developmental & Exhibit trackers). Actively interact with Production, Planning, R&D, Quality and Marketing/BD teams and understand their requirements and ensure the required materials are supplied for Development and Exhibit products. Coordinate with Plant team (WH, QA, QC & Production team) for execution of Exhibit batches in the plant. Ensure that all the supplies are in accordance with the quality standards and meet delivery timelines. To prepare MIS reports weekly, monthly and share to department Head. Participate /organize CFT meetings for the purpose of conveying or gathering information required to perform job functions. Build good supplier base and have good relation with all the vendors. To handle Vendor visits /audits and ensure to complete the vendor qualification of all the materials before execution of exhibit batches. Perform cost analysis of materials and implement cost reduction initiatives. To arrange/attend weekly meeting with CFT team for on-going projects and open issues. To identify and develop new vendors for the high value and high-volume products. To check invoice booking on timely basis and processing payments to suppliers. Should be able to perform multiple tasks with an attitude to enhance /upgrade skills as per the changing job conditions.
