Responsibilities Reporting review of microbiology results of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, In-process Materials and Finished Products as required. Review and approval of Microbiological analysis reports [Water, Microbial monitoring of clean rooms, MLT and BET]. Preparation of SOPs related to QC Microbiology. Maintenance of media stock and related GPT records. Implementation of Good Microbiological Laboratory Practices at work. Review of microbial test results of water samples as required. Maintenance of reference standard cultures subcultures; preparation and maintenance of working cultures as applicable for microbiological testing. Adherence to cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and HACCP norms and guidelines as required. Preparation of miscellaneous validation protocols reports as required. Preparation of MLT & BET method validation protocols reports as required. Executing bacterial endotoxin testing review of analytical data and related documentation. Imparting technical training whenever required to the microbiologists. Maintenance of laboratory area and related monitoring records as applicable. Skills: testing,bacterial endotoxin testing,validation,microbiology,cgmp,haccp,technical training,good microbiological laboratory practices,iso 14001,iso 9001,microbial analysis, validation protocols,sop preparation.

Handling regulatory market procurement is must. Shall have a good exposure in handling procurement activities for Sold, Injectable & liquid Dosage Forms. Key Job Responsibilities: To work independently under broad organizational guidelines to achieve BU’s objectives. (RLD’s, RM & Primary Packing materials). Creations of PO’s and maintaining the trackers (Open PR’s, PO’s, Developmental & Exhibit trackers). Actively interact with Production, Planning, R&D, Quality and Marketing/BD teams and understand their requirements and ensure the required materials are supplied for Development and Exhibit products. Coordinate with Plant team (WH, QA, QC & Production team) for execution of Exhibit batches in the plant. Ensure that all the supplies are in accordance with the quality standards and meet delivery timelines. To prepare MIS reports weekly, monthly and share to department Head. Participate /organize CFT meetings for the purpose of conveying or gathering information required to perform job functions. Build good supplier base and have good relation with all the vendors. To handle Vendor visits /audits and ensure to complete the vendor qualification of all the materials before execution of exhibit batches. Perform cost analysis of materials and implement cost reduction initiatives. To arrange/attend weekly meeting with CFT team for on-going projects and open issues. To identify and develop new vendors for the high value and high-volume products. To check invoice booking on timely basis and processing payments to suppliers. Desired Skills : Strong Skills and Expertise in areas of Planning, Procurement, Financial management, Negotiation. Communication, Computer. Vendor Management.
