Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager Flyash Exports to lead and expand our flyash export operations, primarily targeting Middle East, Asia, Europe countries. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of flyash classification, a robust network of international clients, and expertise in managing the end-to-end export process. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for the profitable export of flyash to Middle East, Asia, Europe countries.
  • Build, maintain, and expand a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients, including key stakeholders in the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate export deals with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and quality standards.
  • Oversee the classification, packaging, and logistics of flyash shipments.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements related to flyash exports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, quality control, and finance to ensure smooth export operations.
  • Prepare and present sales projections, reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in flyash exports or related commodities, with a strong focus on the Middle East, Asia, Europe market.
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing a customer database for flyash procurement.
  • In-depth understanding of flyash classification, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Strong network of clients, traders, and stakeholders involved in flyash procurement in Middle East, Asia, European countries.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of international trade laws, export documentation, and logistics.
  • Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and strategize accordingly.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Extensive knowledge of flyash types, classification, and quality parameters.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage, especially Arabic or regional languages.

  • Ideal candidate should have good experience in ASH classification, Exports to different International countries.
