Manager Financial Reporting

Job Description You will be responsible for the month end close activities, including preparation of journal entries for investment banking products like Repo, MTN, CDs, and Derivatives. Your role will involve reconciling product inventory to the general ledger and investigating any variances. Additionally, you will be preparing various quarterly regulatory financial reporting information and liaising with external auditors to support annual audit activities. You will also support and execute internal and external change requirements such as new product rollouts and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities - Perform month end close activities and prepare journal entries for investment banking products - Reconcile product inventory to the general ledger and investigate variances - Prepare quarterly regulatory financial reporting information - Liaise with external auditors for annual audit support - Support and execute internal and external change requirements, such as new product rollouts and process improvements Qualifications Required - At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting - Experience in financial control within an Investment Banking/Securities business preferred - Strong Accounting knowledge - Proficiency in MS Excel with good numerical and analytical skills - Ability to work effectively in cross-geographic, cross-organizational, and cross-cultural teams - Strong team player with the ability to work independently Additional Details The company operates in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry and the role falls under Manager Financial Reporting.
