Manager- Finance & Reporting

As a finance professional, you will play a crucial role in the expanding Finance team by utilizing your technical expertise and solid understanding of P&L. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end accounting functions - Overseeing tax and statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and Transfer Pricing - Handling financial reporting - Supporting internal and external audits In the realm of Accounting & Financial Operations, you will be expected to: - Maintain accurate books of accounts - Handle day-to-day accounting activities such as journal entries, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes - Ensure meticulous ledger scrutiny and promptly resolve discrepancies - Support in the preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss statements and financial reports Regarding Compliance & Taxation, your duties will involve: - Ensuring timely and accurate filing of statutory returns - Aiding in Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance - Collaborating with tax consultants for assessments, notices, and audits - Staying updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards For Financial Reporting & Audit Support, you will: - Prepare schedules, documentation, and reconciliations for audits - Assist in generating MIS reports and management dashboards - Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requirements as mandated Qualifications & Skills required for this role involve: - Being a CA (Qualified) / CA Inter / CA Dropout with relevant hands-on experience - Possessing a robust understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance - Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel skills required) - Familiarity with tools like Zoho, QuickBooks, or SAP is advantageous - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Capacity to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage priorities - Startup experience is highly desired Attitude & Soft Skills sought after include: - Keen eye for detail and ownership mindset - Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented approach - Effective collaboration across functions and adaptability to shifting priorities This is a Full-time job with a Day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
