Manager- Finance & Reporting

As a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional, you are sought after to join the expanding Finance team. Your strong technical expertise, solid understanding of P&L, exceptional Excel skills, and flexible problem-solving mindset will be invaluable in this role. Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment would be greatly beneficial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end accounting functions - Oversee tax and statutory compliance (including GST, TDS, and Transfer Pricing) - Handle financial reporting - Support both internal and external audits - Maintain accurate books of accounts in alignment with relevant accounting standards - Handle day-to-day accounting activities such as journal entries, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes - Ensure meticulous ledger scrutiny and promptly resolve any discrepancies - Support in the preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss statements and other financial reports - Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.) - Aid in Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance - Collaborate with tax consultants for assessments, notices, and audits - Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and accounting standards - Prepare schedules, documentation, and reconciliations for internal and external audits - Assist in generating MIS reports and management dashboards - Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requirements as mandated by management or investors **Qualifications Required:** - CA (Qualified) / CA Inter / CA Dropout with relevant hands-on experience - Robust understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance - Prior exposure to Transfer Pricing (TP) - Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel skills are a necessity) - Familiarity with tools like Zoho, QuickBooks, or SAP is advantageous - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Capacity to work independently, meet stringent deadlines, and manage multiple priorities - Startup experience is highly desired The company requires in-person work at the specified location for this Full-time job with a Day shift schedule.,
