Role Description

CA Article Trainees

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance:

• Support in finalization of accounts as per applicable standards.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other statutory requirements.

Direct & Indirect Taxation:

• Assist in GST compliance, filings, and refund processes.
• Support in preparation and filing of income tax returns, TDS returns, and advance tax workings.
• Draft replies for notices and assist in assessments.

Audit & Assurance:

• Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Perform vouching, verification, and analytical reviews.
• Support in preparing audit reports and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
