Job Summary

Proficient individual responsible for overseeing an organization's financial operations. Finance manager is expected to strategize, plan, and make informed decisions regarding site accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and risk management. Should have a deep understanding of finance, accounting concepts and compliance regulations. Financial manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring Giant Eagle India’s sound financial health and minimize risks.

Job Description

• Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
• Maintains accurate accounting system.
• Reviews and processes payments for GE India site.
• Ensures all compliance requirements are strictly followed and all necessary filings to different authorities are done well before deadlines
• Ensures financial prudence is maintained
• Leads planning and budgeting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
• Reviews financial reports.
• Reviews account reconciliations and compliance dashboard.
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Assists management to make financial decisions.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
