Job Description

As a Manager Finance (AP Controller), your role involves controlling and overseeing AP operations for Pan India. Your key responsibilities include: - Tracking due dates, aging reports, and coordinating with suppliers for any discrepancies. - Recording accurate journal entries, including adjustments, accruals, and petty cash settlements. - Assisting in monthly closing activities to ensure P&L and Balance Sheet accuracy. - Performing supplier ledger matching. - Assisting in GST calculations, input credit reconciliation, and timely return filings. - Supporting TDS deduction and filings as per compliance. - Coordinating with auditors for periodic and statutory audits. - Sharing monthly AP reports with management for cash flow tracking. Qualifications required for this role: - CA with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in computer applications and financial systems. - Team handling experience is a plus. Preferred experience includes: - Solid understanding of accounting principles, with experience in ERP systems preferred. - Exposure to the aviation industry is a plus. Key competencies and attributes for success in this role: - Strong command of spoken and written English. - Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills. - Effective communicator across all organizational levels. - Collaborative and able to lead cross-functional teams. - Comfortable working with various financial software and systems. - Ability to interpret airline operational manuals and apply financial insights.,
