Manager Finance & Accounts

You will be responsible for the preparation and reporting of financials in accordance with group accounting guidelines on a monthly basis and as per the group timetable. Additionally, you will be tasked with the preparation and finalization of financials as per Local GAAP. It will be your duty to ensure adequate internal controls in your area of responsibility and coordinate internal audits related to the company. You will also lead and coordinate local as well as group audit activities within the F&A team. Moreover, you will be responsible for coordinating between the local F&A team and the FSSC Team and supporting the local finance team in meeting timelines with respect to statutory compliances. Your role will involve researching, analyzing, and filtering financial data to draw conclusions, make proposals, and observations to the local management team. You will also have responsibilities related to Direct and Indirect Tax Compliances, Transfer Pricing Compliances, Tax accounting, reconciliations, reporting, assessments, and awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards. The qualifications required for this position include being a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience. The competencies and skills necessary for this role include proficiency in SAP (Finance), Microsoft Excel, analytical ability, demonstrating leadership and management skills, and good communication skills. Your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include achieving 100% on-time and accurate reporting as per the Group Calendar, timely closure of local and group audits with a clean report, adherence to timelines prescribed in Direct and Indirect Tax Laws, 100% existence of an internal control framework, and compliance with Group internal audit. In terms of interaction, you will engage with internal customers such as Factory Operations, Business Controllers, Human Resources and Admin, Group internal auditors, Group F&A, and Tax Head. External customer interaction will involve auditors (local, IFRS, internal), bankers, consultants, and tax authorities.
