Role & responsibilities 1. Handling Finance & Accounts function of Adamas Tech for Indian entity along with Foreign entities. 2. Closing of Accounts for all the above entities in coordination with Auditors. 3. Processing various payment, including Foreign currency transaction. 4. Compliance job related to manpower. 5. Checking Payroll prepared by HR & Payroll dept. and booking of expenses correctly. 6. Ensuring proper & timely booking of expenses on accrual basis. 7. Preparing annual Budget for the company in coordination with the other stake holders. 8. Handling GST return, payments & Audit. 9. Preparing various MIS pertaining to Monthly financial, Sales forecasting etc. Handling implementation of New software. Preferred candidate profile CA (Inter)/ CMA preferably IT/ ITES/GCC company
