Manager - Field Operations & Customer Success

Role Overview: As a Customer Support & Success professional based in Navi Mumbai, your role will involve leading a team consisting of Pilots, Key Account Managers, and Trainers. You will be responsible for providing training, mentoring, and suggesting improvements for the team. Additionally, you will focus on training excellence and optimizing strategies related to product, process, and people. Your expertise in field operation management will ensure the timely completion of trials, demos, training, and ATP/commissioning. By participating in field trials for large deals, you will ensure alignment with relevant requirements and manage inventory efficiently. Developing SOPs and best practices for Customer Support and Success will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Pilots, Key Account Managers, and Trainers - Provide training, mentoring, and propose team improvements - Develop strategies for training excellence and optimization related to product, process, and people - Ensure timely completion of trials, demos, training, and ATP/commissioning - Participate in field trials for large deals and ensure alignment with requirements - Manage inventory efficiently - Develop SOPs and best practices for Customer Support and Success - Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners - Provide feedback/input on product and process, ensuring mechanisms are in place to relay inputs to development teams - Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, R&D, QA, and Supply Chain teams - Manage structure and resources for international field demos, trials, and trainings - Support pilots and manage inventory for international operations Qualifications: - BE in Aeronautical Engineering - 7-12 years of experience in Aviation, UAV, or Aeronautics - Proficiency in Power BI and advanced analytical tools for UAV log analysis Note: The company offers a salary range of INR 18-22 Lakhs per annum and requires skills in Aviation, RCA, Aerodynamics, Field Operation, UAV, Demonstration, Communication, Customer Success, Trails, Aviation Electronics, and Channel Partner Relations.,
