Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Corporate

  • Handle client enquiries via mail, WhatsApp, website, and store standees.
  • Share catalogues, stock reports, and production updates with regional heads twice a week.
  • Coordinate with RDs/ARMs for order confirmation, costing, discounts, and delivery feasibility.
  • Raise customer and sales orders; follow up with warehouse and finance for dispatch and waybills.
  • Coordinate with production and design teams for EAN codes, artworks, and specifications.

Exports

  • Regularly follow up with buyers and schedule meetings for new product introductions.
  • Prepare line sheets, price lists, and presentations as per buyer requirements.
  • Coordinate for sample development, costing, and approvals.
  • Manage factory dispatches, QC (including video checks), and logistics coordination.
  • Share invoices, track payments, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with marketing and projects teams for store setups and promotional materials.
  • Update weekly sales to finance.

Customisation

  • Support store teams in finalizing customized orders (design, leather, color, pricing, timelines).
  • Coordinate with sample and design teams for accurate, on-time production.
  • Create EAN codes, raise sale orders, and follow up with warehouse for dispatch.
  • Share dispatch details and waybills with store teams.
