Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Presentation Development & Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, concise, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations. Design and develop high-quality presentations for various purposes, including client meetings, internal reviews, strategy sessions, and project updates. Create insightful reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and business trends. Analyze data, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and actionable format. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data and information across all presentations and reports. Develop and maintain presentation templates and style guidelines to ensure brand consistency. 2. Team Administration & Operations: Track and monitor training completion for team members, ensuring compliance with required programs. Collate data from leads and team members for reporting and analysis. Manage the process of creating user IDs and system access for new joiners, coordinating with IT and relevant departments. Handle the timely disabling of user IDs and system access for departing employees, ensuring data security protocols are followed. Maintain and update the teams utilization tracker, providing accurate data for resource management and planning. Assist in building monthly and quarterly decks for client presentations, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to facilitate team efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint: Demonstrated ability to create highly effective and visually appealing presentations. Strong analytical and data visualization skills. Familiarity with project management software. Knowledge of database management.
